VentureUP is the Entrepreneurship Center and official incubator of the University of Prishtina “Hasan Prishtina”, which serves as a bridge between education and the labor market for over 50,000 young Kosovars.

    Donjeta Sahatçiu
    CEO and Managing Partner at Rrota

    Donjeta is CEO at Rrota, a leading marketing company with a team of IT and design professionals. She has completed her Bachelor of Management in RIT and MBA at the University of Sheffield. After working as a Product Manager at IPKO for two years, in 2011 she joined Wheels as a Project Manager, in 2014 she became Executive Director and Partner at the end of 2015. She is currently contributing to the STIKK and VentureUP missions as Chairman of the Board.

    Janine Mehmeti is one of the ten scholars globally of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation as an innovative thinker and doer, TEDx organizer, Fundraising Coordinator and Events Manager at “Action for Mothers and Children”, and board member at the University of Prishtina's official entrepreneurship center and incubator – VentureUP. Her expertise in creating new social enterprises make her an important asset to our organization.

    Agon Gashi holds the position of CEO at Meridian Express. He has experience with negotiation, Business Planning, Analytical Skills, Retail, and Retail Category Management. As a business development professional with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) focused in Economics from Bard College, his knowledge in economics and finance world brings value to our organization.

    Kreshnik Lleshi
    Director at CEED Kosovo

    Kreshnik Lleshi is a professional trainer and coach. He is currently the country director at CEED Kosovo. He holds an MBA from Staffordshire University, UK, and Post-Graduation Certificate from University of Tuscia, Italy. His strategic management and analytical skills have been a strong bridge between VentureUP’s goals and achievements.

    Besnik Krasniqi

    Besnik Krasniqi is an educator, consultant, and researcher. He received his MA degree in Economics for Business Analysis and PhD degree in the field of Entrepreneurship and Small Business Economics from Staffordshire University (United Kingdom). His knowledge and experience have been significant part of VentureUp’s progress during those two years since VentureUP was established.

    Mentor Thaqi is a professor at the University of Prishtina, Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary. He also worked at the ‘Mercy Corps’ and ‘Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology & Danish Government’ during 2010-2012. Thaqi’s knowledge and experience with entrepreneurships have been a great source of Venture’s success.
